The mission of Rolling Harvest Food Rescue is to connect local farms’ fresh healthy surplus produce to food and nutrition-insecure residents through food assistance agencies and free farm market distributions, and to facilitate awareness of food insecurity, food waste, agricultural land stewardship, basic cooking skills, and the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables.
